I struggle to find, seek, and live a life which reflects wellness and goodness, every single day. A lot of the time, I fail in that struggle. If we are honest with ourselves, we all share this experience. I fall short in my profession as a professor. I fall short in my duties as a husband, as a father, as a relative, and as a friend. But, what I do is this: press forward (Philippians 3:13). And in that spirit, I am able to provide my services to others as a health coach, professor, husband, father, and as a relative.I strive to be the best professor, health coach, researcher, and consultant that I can be!
