The tipping point.

I don’t care who’s wrong or right, I don’t really wanna fight no more…time for letting go. I don’t care who’s to blame…it’s time for letting go.” - I don’t wanna fight”, by Tina Turner

It’s one of the most zen-filled songs I’ve ever heard. The tension she diminishes with each stanza is beautiful and cathartic.

I wish I could capture it with every waking breath.

She says at the end, “it’s time for letting go.” And I know the Tina Turner story. I know she’s lived these words.

It takes a life accompanied by a certain hardness to get to the point of singing and vocalizing these lyrics. I can almost feel her pain when she sings this song.

And then, when I think of my life, I feel the zenith of life’s tension come to a point where I’m just over it, and I relate to her lyrics.

And just recently, I’ve have learned to let it go. I’m letting it go. I will let it go.
