Appreciation

Appreciate you.

Appreciate your pain. Your joy. Exhale.

Appreciate your strength. Your weaknesses. Exhale.

Appreciate yourself. And let nothing, nor any-one, depreciate you.

Appreciate you - before you begin, your day.

Trust and believe in your capacity for fullness, grace, and joy. Not the book, the person, nor the place.

Appreciate your mind. All that was, is, and is to come, is you.”

Appreciate the lack of joy in some things. The expansion of joy in others.

Appreciate the pilates and yoga from this morning.

Appreciate the pause, and be in praise of slowness.

Appreciate the paucity of rush and the perilousness of productivity.

Appreciate the efficiency of action.

Appreciate change, and the change of others.

Appreciate - you.
