My team-based wellness coaching focuses on one thing: reducing overhead by increasing individual and team-based efficiency. Increased individual efficiency doesn't guarantee enhanced team efficiency. That's where the wellness factor plays a major role. That's where I come in...

Training for a triathalon? Marathon? Ironman competition? No matter the athletic event and/or competition, I can help with that too! From warm up to recovery,  I'll get you to where you need to be - physically, mentally, and emotionally!
