I recently read a reviewed Ray Dalio's book on the life and work principles. It's one of the best books I've read on principles in my lifetime. I have been able to gather some really good insight into principled-driven behavior and management. Though I don't have my own company, I have a family for which I am responsible, and I have classes I teach, and I have myself (and my independent roles) that I must successfully manage. The great thing about this book is that it brought to the surface - a lot of personal issues - that I deal with.
Pain is progress, right?
