The first ebook I wrote was quite an experience. I had no idea what I was doing. Though I moonlight as a professor, I found myself often thinking I was some kind of imposter for wanting to write a book that could help someone else (and myself).
But it was those feelings and experiences contributed to the success of my first ebook and ultimately played a major role in why I finished the book.
As I begin late, final drafts of my second ebook, I am thankful for the first one, and hope the next one benefits someone - heck - anyone! My hope is that you read the book and become inspired to pursue the simple life of wellness. I hope you begin to understand the unecessary complexities in life that will only multiply as we continue moving further into the digital age. I love writing and editing technology as much as the next person, but there are major risks for information overload, analysis paralysis, blue light exposure, and other conditions resulting from technology overconsumption and the like.
Now, I am one book smarter and can put more laser-like focus into writing this one. I’m looking forward to it!
