Losing Weight Isn't the Source of the Issue.
You know what the source of the issue is. You simply don't want anyone else to know - so you mask it with the aesthetics of losing weight, improving your sleep quality, friend quality, personal image, and dieting. I've worked with many people who think losing weight is key. It's not. Granted, some of you out there have legitimate weight issues that stem from non-modifiable reasons. But everyone else - take notice. Losing weight isn't the source of the issue. Losing the state of mind which led to the issues in the first place is the source.
